I'm literally on the smallest dosage my body can handle, 10mg, but yes I'm pushing on. At such a low dosage sides aren't an issue, but I can't be sure it's helping all that much. Still, it feels good to at least be doing something, you know?

Sure. Efficacy, in my mind, is the main concern regarding such a low dosage. Provided it does work, I would think it's only helping to slow down loss, not arrest it. Honestly though, some people are fine around 50-100mg's; I'm just extraordinarily androgen-sensitive, unfortunately.

its an extremely depressing situation, hair is vital as hell to me, i was blessed/cursed with an incredible set of hair to begin with thats in utter freefall.
Im reaching breaking point, i might just hop on 1/4 keratene capsule everyday and try to build some sort of tolerance ignoring the sides for a few weeks, though it will be difficult

ya tried half a pill to start, too much,
then did 0.25, cognitive sides tolerable, but incredible rapid fat gain, so i chickened out after a week
