Listening to and watching Spencer's weekly US Broadcasts live

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but where do I go to listen/watch these live as they happen? Also, what time do they occur each week? I'm sorry if these are dumb questions, I've been watching them after-the-fact on Youtube and was thinking about watching live and perhaps calling in.
