CNC Hair transplant machine?
Hi Guys
I work(ed) in engineering & in the production of machined parts we use a device called a CNC lathe (you can get millers as well). Unlike normal hand operated lathes CNC (computer control) allow you to produce large numbers of VERY accuite parts, time after time.
I would had thought by now CNC would have made its way into hair transplant bussiness? I was told via another forum that there is such a device......has anyone heard or seen it?
Cheers
Mike

Thanks for the reply.........its called ARTAS.....it pulls the hair but the planting is still by hand. I did see a news report some years ago that said they could cut your hair & get the cut hairs to re-grow roots .......they said the next step was an auto-machine to inplant the hair.
