Shock Loss Everywhere!

Hey gillenator, I'm new, but I've seen you post a lot and you seem to know what you're talking about. I recently had a transplant, and when I got out of the surgery, I had significantly less density than when I entered. I was not anticipating this, since shock loss is supposed to occur long after the actual event. Is this hair loss a) shock loss or b) hair that was likely cut during the incisions and is too short to see now? WHat would you guess? Thanks!
