Nizoral 2% in the mail

I just got my order of Nizoral in the mail from the UK. I live in the USA. Any advice or suggestions on using it? I plan to use it 2 or 3 times a week. Leave it on for 5 minutes in the shower. Thats about it.

You should only use 2% once a week and no more unless a doctor has specifically told you to use it more often than that. Using 2% more often than once per week can make your hair loss worsen.

Go steady with it dude as it will dry out your scalp if you over use it and can cause hair to shed also.

Personally 1 x a week is sufficient. Remember its only helping clean the scalp.

wow i didn't know that. I did notice when i started using it every other day my hair would become dry and itchy and i wondered if i was overdoing it. Thanks.
