Body Acne from Rogaine?

Been using Rogaine for 9 months now, and have been getting bad back acne along with slightly increased libido within the past 6 months or so. Do you think that the rogaine could be messing with my hormones negatively. I have documented that I have not been happy with results as my hair continues to thin. Could the Rogaine be affecting my hormones and causing adverse reactions?
