What Shampoo do you use?

I'm currently using kerastase capital force daily, smells nice and it's apparently 'densifying'.

Going to start on Niz/once every 5 days soon.

Any sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is good for every day use.

Also, does niz ever cause a shed?

Regenepure has better ingredients than Nizoral only caveat is that it's terribly expensive. Any Ketoconazole shampoo with cause a shed if you over use it.

It certainly can if you over use it. Nizoral should only be used once a week in place of your regular shampoo.
