Those tiny black images with the hair stubbles attached to them look like crusts to me, not the roots and they are not hair follicles IMO.
These tiny crusts are the tips of the grafts (dead tissue) above the scalp line and dry out post-op. They typically are hard and can be dark in color.
Really do your online research regarding DHI and their methods.
I believe they are still based in Greece.
