repair work, hair removal, plug removal need advice

    Hi
I am looking for removing my plugs after a bad transplant surgery I had several years ago.
I find it an ungracious, unsightly look to have on the top of my forehead these plugs with low density.
Can anyone advice me on how to remove or hide these plugs*?
Do you think a surgery is necessary or are there other ways to correct my hair and skin appearance such as epilation techniques*?

Thanks a lot for your advice

    Hi Shiva

Sorry you find yourself in the position you are in . I cant tell what your donor density is like from the pictures, you could either remove the grafts completely, or continue with hair transplants to get better density and hide them .

Taking the positives the grafts dont appear to be raised or pitted , i saw a guy named bachstrad had graft removal with Dr Beehner it looked pretty amazing when he finally got finished , he had plug removal, 4mm raised doughnutted plugs , your grafts look alot better .

I would research repair procedures on this site , and consult with some Drs who have posted repair results , for me donor permitting i would have the ones at the front and sides removed and graft around the ones further back and middle forlock to build up the density

    all the best

      Shiva,
I'm in a similar situation. I want my plugs removed permanently (ours look pretty similar) and just want to shave my head, but worried about what procedure and what scarring will occur. Just wondering what you've decided??
