Too Much Saline Solution?

So I just recently had an FUE transplant and the clinic forgot to give me the saline solution.

I therefore went ahead and made my own by adding 4 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of salt.

It came to my attention that it was only suppose to be 2 teaspoons!

Can excessive salt in the solution damage my grafts?

I doubt this will have any negative effect on your results. I supply a purified ocean water spray and foam for my patients to use post operatively.

I have recently done the same, has an FUE procedure 5 days ago and made the incorrect strength when the bottle ran out.

Did it affect your transplant that you are aware? I hope it didnt, curious to see what you think as you had your procedure a while ago now and I’m concerned as not a lot of detail on this.

I wondered if anyone could help with this. On the 3rd day post FUE, the saline bottle ran out so I made my own solution but added one tablespoon instead of one teaspoon to the bottle, used this twice then reverted back to water, stupid mistake. Is it likely to have damaged the grafts being a higher concentration, I know there is not much I can do but cant help wondering if I have?
