i've taken creatine and finasteride for the past 12 months and so far
- all Pull tests for shedding have been negative (method: pull 60 hairs in area and if 6 or more hairs come out then shedding is positive)
- i've had some (not much) regrowth/ thickening of hair
if doing weights and taking creatine does exacerbate MPB then its effects are not enough to warrant discontinuing them for me.
just do Pull Tests regularly and take a record of any lifestyle changes. that should give you an idea if something (like creatine) does worsen MPB.
