Default Transplanting hair from another person

How feasible is it to transplant hair from another person. Ofcourse there is this problem of rejection which necessitates the use of immunosuppressant drugs, but the way this hair cloning progress is going, I guess that is the only way to get your full hair back.

At least someone can try to make a drug that don't allow the immune system to attack the hair on the head, so that you don't need to suppress the whole immune system. This seems to be easier to achieve than that elusive hair cloning. What do you think. Is there any research on this?

Been discussed before and the general consensus is that it won't work.

It is feasible but the risks outweigh the benefits - unless your donor is your identicle twin.

I know its not feasible at this moment. What I was saying was that it seems easier to develop a drug that would help in not rejecting the hair (without suppressing the whoe immune system like immunosuppressants) taken from another person than to successfully achieve hair cloning.
