propecia study
Most of us have probably read the study that says propecia doses as low as .2mg give you practically the same results as 1mg. Then there is a study that says propecia every 3 days is sufficient.. has anyone tried this?

I started dosing 1mg every three days for two months and saw such good results that I increased dosage to 1mg every other day for 1.5 months. I have been on 1mg a day since September 2012 (4 mos) with no change in efficacy (hair loss has halted).
For me, it seems that lower doses were as effective as the recommended dose. But without any real experimental data - I can't say it would work this way for anyone else.
My best advice would be to try reducing your dosage slightly and pay careful attention to any changes...

Okay, thank you for your input. I'm glad it's working for you too.
Anyone else?

It probably would yield nearly the same result, but I'm a member of the "better safe than sorry" camp. I'm not going to risk any further loss to save an extra hundred dollars a year.

I would be too..it's just I'm having some weird sides with .25mg ed...maybe because I have just started 3 weeks ago and my body is adjusting (started at 1mg and dropped down)....but I can still get the ole pecker up and working no problem, but I have a weird kind of pinching/discomfort feeling at the head of my penis
