I had Fin sides when I first took it but I'm now back to normal. It is a risk but it is up to you to decide if it's worth it. The people with devastating and/or permanent sides are the VERY vocal minority, it seems. Although, I really recommend you live a relatively healthy lifestyle while you're taking the drug. Exercise, sleep, and eat well to be sure that no other lifestyle factors could contribute to your T levels dipping or anything weird happening with your hormones. I'm very curious about the lifestyles that people with side effects lead since ED is a fairly common occurrence as people age and stop looking after themselves.

I agree entirely...best to eat very nutritious food , stay or get jacked, take some supplements vitamins and antioxidants. Get enough sleep, try not to worry about things, pop a Propecia, stop losing hair, grow some back, life goes on.

Are you guys sure exercising more is healthy with finasteride?

I know with accutane they advise you not to work out more than you need to because it can mess up your liver.
