HIS hair clinics on frank skinner show

I've not really looked at this method of hair restoration too much, something about tattooing the head doesn't sit right with me, but what gets me in this short video clip is the following:
HIS hair clinics are there to do promote their services to the public on the Frank Skinner show, the artist in question then decides to publicly make an example of a guy sitting behind him who's suffered hair loss during the filming of the show then laughs about it. Its shameful, take a look for yourselves but I think its bang out of order. Clearly the firm has a less than sympathetic view on hair loss.
