Was the scabbing/dry blood there for a while? Were you able to function out in public without a hat without feeling self-conscious? How long did it take to heal up?
Merry Christmas....!
The scabs were there for about seven-ten days, then my hair started to come in at about three months. I went to Ecuador two weeks after the transplant, it wasn't really noticeable unless one looked close, I didn't have a red or swollen scalp, guess I was lucky.

Thanks for the pics Inspects, keep us updated. How many grafts did you get? And which Dr. did you go with?

Hey Breaking,
Had 2500 grafts transplanted on July 17th by a surgeon in Scottsdale. He asked I didn't post his info on open forums, PM me if you would like his info.
Best,
