    Fin...yes or no?

Just as the title says, Fin yes or no?

I've had a bottle of 15 Proscar pills for going on two months now, but I haven't been able to bring myself to start taking them.

I had a terrible experience with a hair transplant 3 years ago, but fortunately I still have a good amount of hair left. However, I don't think I can do another transplant anytime soon because of what happened to me last time.

So..simple question. Yes or no? Feel free to state why your opinion is what it is.

    Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your bad HT experiences.

In my opinion - If you want to prevent further loss then finateride is the most effective and proven treatment. I have been taking it over a decade and glad i started when i did. Wish i had started sooner.

If you go into it expecting side effects however chances are you will get them. The mind is a powerful tool in my opinion.

Consider transitioning onto the meds over time to allow the body to get used to it gradually, this will help physically and mentally in my opinion.
