Excited for CB as well, I hope to see some results from the early trials this year.
We definitely need an alternative to fin that's topical and has actually been thoroughly tested to work in the same way without the potential sides.
I think Fin is an alright solution for now, but I really dont want to be on the stuff for 5, 10+ years.
Hopefully histogen gives us another march/april update this year.

rdawg, Thanks a lot for this super contribution. Its very beneficial. I have a lot of hopes for Histogen but I have bad feelings about Allergen as the sides are ugly. Last thing I would expect is dark patches and discoloration on my face. Replicel is useless to me and Aderans reminds me a lot of Dr. Gho's technique but in an advanced level as it still requires a transplant.
What I love about Histogen that it is simply injections and voila you are done. All prayers to it and super thanks to Spencer in following up the updates for us.

Thank you for the comment!
At this point I dont see how Histogen can fail. Solid early results, and this is without combining with say minoxidil or fin(who knows what kind of boost those two could give to your hair on top of HSC).
I'm awaiting for more pictures however, and to see what happens when they inject the whole scalp(My understanding is they only have injected a small area so far.)
This year will be a huge year for histogen, we'll get to see just how good it can be by next december.

Well,
After our recent find looks like we have more things to add to this list!
So here it goes:
1) Hygeia Pharmaceuticals -> Investigating a topical anti-androgen that degrades upon systemic absorption. (About to start Phase 1)
2) Gliamed -> Regenerative medicine (About to Start Phase 1)
3) Autologous Human Platelet Lysate
4) HOB-058 -> Can't find much information on it!
I wish someone rich could pay the $2000 and get this report off this website!

I'm interested in Gliamed the most from what you've posted about it.
This looks to be the next generation of stuff after Histogen.
As in I'd expect Histogen, Aderans and/or Bim to be released over the next few years, with maybe one or two of these things coming by 2020-2022. They are about 2-3 years behind in trials so not exactly close to release!
However this is a great thing, fin/min etc. can help slow and transition us for now, Histogen or Aderans will/could give us some moderate regrowth and then this stuff puts us back to our full old hair!

there is always RU and CB which block pretty much 100% dht. Is that not enough for you?

yeah that sounded promising the first time I've read it but it doesn't really apply to our case - "regenerate" is not for those with androgenic alopecia but with actual scars in places where follicles grows. Yes, apparently along with scar repair, follicles come back to life also but it likely won't work for AA cases.

this is a hair transplant boost
Histogen is all we got!!! It's pathetic reading you all discussing Aderans as if there is ANY CHANCE that it would work... There is none. Forget about it

Experimental treatments... Only a very small minority is willing to use those, if they have heard of them/have the expertise to use them. The more treatments on the legit market in the future, the better.

Well, I agree that it's too early to 'count on' any of these in-development treatments ever emerging as full products, as if its inevitable (we all know the history here) but it's hardly impossible that at least one or two will make it.
