Derma Roller how often?

I have been using a derma roller once a week for 2 weeks now on my HT scars and during my research opinions vary on how often one should use it.
I have read once every three weeks, once a week and once ever few days.

I want to hear from people that have had good results here how often they have used it.

There are too many conflicting statements on what is the right time frame to use in between treatments. If it matters right now I am using a 1.0 mm with a 1.5 mm on the way.
