Ok so I've taken a total of .75 mg of fin over like 4 day. I'm having pretty significant testicular pain and I'm going on the third day of this pain. Is this likely to go away? Please help!

sound like your not tolerating it at all. you should prob give it up

Third straight day ? Ok.. the surprise for me is that you cut 1 mg into .75 rather then at .25 mg to see if you had a tolerance for the drug. If it continues towards the end of the day I would suggest weaning yourself off of Finasteride immediately as the side effects are too severe for you to continue. What good is having a full head of hair if you destroy your balls in the process ? Get off the stuff. Maybe give Saw Palmetto a try as it is herbal and supplement over the counter in the vitamin health food store and is touted as the holistic equivalent of Propecia though no scientific data backs that up as solid proof.

The same applies use your best judgment but my two cents here get off of it ASAP. For me if it is a choice of growing a full head of hair but having my nuts explode in the middle of the night then I will be content to stay a bald happy man with his nuts intact thank you very much!

Welcome to placebo effects.

Highlander to be honest, I know what placebo effects are and I know how they effect you. I know that some of my fx are from psych interference, but I know some aren't. Thank you though

There won't ever be a study as saw palmetto can't be patented, so no one would pay for such a study.
