Will this effect my hair loss and cause me to break out?
Tone it down, bruhhhh. Nothing wrong with getting a little tuned up and chasing tail every once in a while though.

Balance that with getting a good education so you can do something you enjoy and also get paid. If we go bald, we'll at least be in-shape and making bank.

True, I wouldn't care has much if I had a really good career. I have tone it down for the past weeks for a couple of reasons. One, I made enough lady friends for my sexual pleasure. 2nd, I notice that I haven't been breaking out lately and my skin seems a lot healthier. 3rd it was affecting my work out regime and notice flabby abs. Also, I didn't start drinking till I was 20, so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be affected mentally lol

But thanks guys for the feedback!

The consumption of alcohol can be healthy in moderation. However, the over-consumption of alcohol can lead to a variety of health problems, and may even cause a person to lose great amounts of hair. This is primarily due to the fact that alcohol can affect hair growth by increasing estrogen levels and decreasing levels of zinc in the body.

    Is 3 times a week over-consumption?

I don't get drunk, I just consume about 3 beers or 3 long islands or should I switch to red wine instead?

Hi all! If you or someone you know is struggling with alcohol addiction, seeking help from the Drug & Alcohol Rehab Program can be life changing. The first step in recovery from alcoholism is detoxification, in which the body is cleansed of all traces of alcohol. This process can be difficult, but it is an important step towards recovery. After detoxification, the next stages of rehabilitation may include therapy, counseling, and support groups. They can help people understand the root causes of their addiction and learn strategies to stay sober. With the right treatment and support, recovery from alcohol addiction is possible.

The hair may turn gray first and then fall out.
