5% Minoxidil with 5% Azelaic Acid UK

Does anyone know whether 5% Minoxidil mixed with 5% Azelaic Acid is a prescription only treatment in the UK. I'm aware that when Minoxidil is mixed with MPG it becomes prescription only, but unsure as to the Minoxidil/Azelaic Acid combination is the same.
