However, the approach that I believe will lead to the most happiness (which is what we all want right?), it to simply not care what others think. In fact, don't even concern yourself with what they may think. Who cares? You? Why? You don't have to.

With all that said, I encourage you to fight your hair loss battle tooth and nail (without getting too crazy)! But have peace of mind in what you are doing and still lead a productive happy life!

    Merry Christmas!

Hope you didn't get lost in the midst of all those philosophical BOMBS I was dropping!

    We Are All One!!!!!!!!!!
Great post and very true, the less you show you care the less others will care.

internally I must say it does suck and there are a few that will judge you for having hairloss at a young age(not the majority, but still a few) which can be rough to handle. All you can really do is laugh it off.

I personally still live a very positive life, love going out with friends and my family. but I want this hairloss over with, it's just at a point where it's frustrating that I'm a NW3 with some thinning at 20 years old and 90% of the guys my age have a full head of hair, it's like I lost a piece of my youth.

I probably wouldnt be on here that much if I didnt feel like we were close either, even if you're pessimistic, there are multiple products in trials that are worth following/researching right now, as a few of them could very well give us at least some growth.

With all of the various feelings and emotions being brought out on this particular post one thing is for certain. Most of us given the choice would like to have a nice looking head of hair period. You can talk about not caring what others think, or having self confidence regardless of how you look, or just moving on and living life to it's fullest but in the end having a decent head of hair just makes getting along in this life a lot easier. That's just the way it is. Personally, I've led a pretty full life even though I started losing my hair at 16 and wearing various hair pieces for over 35 years which was a pain in the ass from my late twenties after my first ugly plug ht till just last year. I was considered to be a good looking guy and hid my hair loss well. Had many women in my life and married a beautiful lady who I've been with for over 23 years. Led and still lead a very active life. All of that being said, I never felt completely comfortable or whole to this day and I'm 61years old. Just always had an image of myself with hair. just had my 3rd ht last week. So if someone could wave a magic wand over my head and get my hair back even at this point in my life it would make me feel whole. Wishing for all a great holiday and for all of us follicaly challenged a cure in the near future.

Does that smiley face indicate that you might know something Desmond?

Yes, yes, I'd weep like a little baby. So long as I'm not NW6 by the time it's out.
