Is the Belgravia Centre any good?

I want to go and get a consultation somewhere but I am a bit unsure about where is reputable in the UK. The Belgravia Centre is the obvious one but I do not live in London and do not want to be just sold various lotions.
Is there a list of good place to visit in the UK and what should I look out for. I want a doctor really. I live in the midland so I do not mind traveling North or South to see someone who isn`t just a salesman in a white coat.

Any advice on the pitfalls of finding help in the UK?

Are you looking into your treatment options? Being sold lotions (or medications) is really what this boils down to as to combat hair loss you must make use of treatments.

The only treatments that are really effective are:

Finasteride - a prescription drug in tablet form commonly known as Propecia.

Minoxidil - a liquid or foam known as Regaine in the UK but more often referred to online as Rogaine. This can be bought over the counter.

I'd advise you to do some reading up on these. If you feel it's necessary to meet with someone then Boots do offer what they call the Hair Retention Programme. However, this isn't the cheapest way to get hold of the treatments.
I am a patient and representative of Dr Rahal

check out my thread on the belgravia centre.

they do the proven meds but it will cost you a ransom. their are nothing more than pushers. honestly, they prey on your insecurities and convince you of what you need.ching ching. dont go near them. get your meds online. belgravia will get you the dreaded news that you HAVE to go on these.

these hair clinics let on that only they have these meds. itsbullshit.

        This.

Also - they will bend the truth.

They told me 3 years ago I would be a NW6 by now IF I didn't get on meds. 3 years later, I am a NW2 with no significant thinning.

Nothing, aside from Gutted's alternative treatment - MSM, and Vit C.
