Hey guys, long story short. About 6-8 months ago I noticed a visible crown area on my scalp after a haircut. Like many men, I panicked. That is when I decided to instantly research my options heavily on the net. After some time online, I decided I'd ask my doc for a prescription for Propecia. Early on I noticed some minor side effects such as an odd sensation in my lower testicular area, but it didn't effect anything really nor did it hurt. But now, 6 months later, I am noticing some other sides. I am noticing a lower libido, less sensitivity and watery semen.
Now..I have to renew my Propecia prescription in 4 days and I don't know what to do anymore. I am hesitant with staying on it longer with the idea of what more can go wrong. And at the same time, scared to get off because I know the hair thinning will worsen without the drug. So you can see my dilemma here...
Can somebody enlighten me with some ideas? Should I perhaps take it every other day and see how it goes? Is that even recommended since it's only 1mg? Should I get off of it or give it some more time? I understood while getting on Propecia that sides were possible, and while relatively low %'s, it seems like I am one of those who gets them.
Awaiting some feedback, anything would be appreciated!!
