Yup - no sign of hair loss whatsoever. Just check on it every six months or so, but really, don't drive yourself crazy. All you could do by getting a transplant is potentially make it WORSE by getting poor work or having something go haywire. Really, you're in great shape.

Basically, +1 to everything everyone above said. You don't need it. It would be a waste of money. There's nothing wrong with a matured hairline. Just monitor it while you go out and conquer life.
I understand your point but having a mature hairline doesn't look great on me like a N1 would. I'm tired of doing the N1 come over look but will wait for a HT next year and see any notice recession.

The bottom line is that if your hair line looks like the OP's hair line, there is nothing wrong with your hair line. What little perceived benefit you think you are gaining from transplant surgery is not worth the risk of transplant surgery.
I would not deal nothing less then the best when it comes to a hair transplant, I saw a good surgeon that posted a client(NW2) procedure that had his hair line worked and it looked great. I'll link the source once I find the post again.

If your hair line is the same as the OP's hair line, you do not need a hair transplant and an ethical doctor will not perform the surgery for you - unless you are transgendered.

I had that much hair when I had my first HT, I was a stupid idiot and the Dr who did it belongs behind bars, I had bottled out of it and gone home, and he phoned me and talked me into it, I was naive and stupid.
