Default what is realistic?????please some advice!!!!!

    Hello All
well here is my dillema im 35 been balding for almost 15 years and finally a couple years ago did something about it could not cover it up anymore and the whole hat where ever you go got very old!so went with 1100 grafts in the crown area and front, which seemed to fill in nicely now the top portion has continued to thin and not sure if now is a good time to or if its even possible to thicken what i have, the doctor is a very reputable doctor and when i visited a couple months ago he advised me to come back in 6 months ,but the problem is i really want to be able to do my hair whatever way i want and with the thinning i really only have one option,so i have looked around and seen people with similar problems and they seemed to have had good succes,i would like to have a thicker head of hair and dont want to wait until its all gonewhat should i do or can i do

Sux-- post some pics of yourself for us to view---sounds as if you need some additional work 1100 grafts is not a ton of grafts so it may be time to add to it.

It will be difficult to assess your situation without seeing your pics, plus we need to know how long ago your surgery was.

If you where pleased with the first procedure that you should consider having a second. I do agree that you should wait at least 9-12 months to get closer to final result. This will make the game plan for the next procedure more accurate.
You may also want to inquire about the possibility of having more than 1100 grafts this time around if necessary. Since I have not seen photos of you I could not comment on what would be an appropriate number of grafts for your second procedure.
