It looks like typical male patterned baldness to me.

If it bothers you, you need to consult with a dermatologist who specializes in treating hereditary hair loss. The first line medications for males are Finasteride (Propecia) and Minoxidil (Rogaine). Both do different things - and they do work well in concert with each other. You are catching this very early so you are in a very good position to arrest it and reverse some of it. It takes time though so you need to be very patient and consistent with the meds.
Some things you can do now while you are waiting to consult with the doctor about meds is to switch out your regular shampoo and conditioner for sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. It would also be a good idea to wash your hair with Nizoral A-D shampoo (Ketoconazole 1%) once or twice a week. Ketoconazole is not a "stand alone" treatment for male hereditary hair loss but it is a good adjunct to stand alone treatments. Another adjunct treatment option is Low Level Laser therapy. However at this time I am reasonably convinced that LLLT probably works better for females than it does for males.
