    Default Propecia shed

So, after four months of 1/4 pill finasteride regime, my hairloss suddenly stopped. My balls hurt sporadically but hey, the all consuming nightmare of shedding was gone so I dealt with it. Four months of no hair loss later, my hair began shedding like crazy. Two weeks after that, the itching started again, all over my scalp. It has been a month since the shedding resumed. My question is this, could I be experienceing the "propecia shed" or has it stopped working altogether. The return of the itching makes me think my body became used to the drug and has halted its effectiveness. Anyone with a similar story or advanced knowlege i.e. Doctor who wants to give advice will be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

It is early days into the duration you have been on the med. But at only 1/4 mg a day you might be over thinking things in my honest opinion.

Shedding on meds is only a potential good thing. My advise if you want to take it or leave it is up to you. Ride it out, get your mind off the recycling negative thought process. PMA goes a long way ( Positive mental attitude )

Unless he means 1/4th of a 5mg pill. That seems to be a tactic employed by the have-knows of this site.
