Is there a way to determine if it really is mpb?
I many times have doubts that I have classic mpb. Is there a way you can be sure it is?

Classic MPB is the most common type of hair loss in males. Classic MPB has very specific patterns. That's why it is called Male Patterned Baldness. The charts are not always exact but they are close enough to make a reliably accurate assessment.

Well I don't see a pattern yet, I can see my hairline is receeding, but I have intensive itching all over scalp not just mpb regions. So i guess if it is mpb it's going to be diffuse, and in my family there is almost none history of mpb (diffuse) just few people with receeded temples. And anytime I see a bald/balding man, he grows at least some facial hair, I have no facial hair on my cheeks. So that's why I sometimes have doubts if it really is mpb or something else.

By chance, did you ever take the acne drug Accutane?
