    Default Dandruff

I've suffer with dandruff since the beginning of time(Elementary school).
    Severe dandruff to be precise.

Even as an adult now, it is still there. I tried Nizoral; I did feel a cool sensation, and it felt like dandruff went away....for a day. Then came back and still severe.

Anyone have severe dandruff and nothing works. I feel that no matter what I do, it will come back in 2 days. If I scratch my scalp, I feel flakes...

Is it just dandruff? Or does it come with inflammation, itchiness etc,?

Just dandruff I think. Some greasy, some dry flakes.

Did you use nizoral only once? Keep using it for few weeks as instructed.

All I could really suggest is trying other dandruff shampoo's man. They do have different ingrediants and method of action than nizoral. Try selenium, selsum blue or head and shoulders and see if there are improvements.

There is also TGel by Neutragena. Sometimes it takes a combination of products/medications on an alternating basis to get thing under control. Unfortunetly, these treatments do not work the same for every patient and it is kind of a trial and error situation.
