You should use nizoral 2% once a week or nizoral 1% twice a week.

it might be my imagination but i am noticing some very very slight hair regrowth/thickening. not uniformly thou.

I did rogaine once at night for approx a month then for the past week twice a day and my vitamins have been for 2 weeks now.

I have not noticed any shedding.

Update, I dropped Rogaine aobut 1.5 months ago.

But on NAC, VItamin C, Saw Palmetto, glutathione, Nizoral 2%, I have noticed hair thickening, on my whole head, but less so for my frontal areas.

it was getting on my nerves to apply it wait for it to dry, etc.., plus i was dreading the hair shedding, and the possibility of no regrowth.

so far my regimen without rogaine is apparently working fine.
