My point is it's a never ending cycle that will destroy your body. My recommendation..ask people you know or find out more information about FIN. I did all my research prior and rolled the dice..I figured nothing can be permanent. Well I was WRONG...in time I think I'll be fine..but dude if you try it...try it..but DEAL with the consequences as I have..

All for hair at that..ironically I haven't lost any more hair since quitting and possibly have regrown...the purpose of FIN didn't even perform what it was intended too..that's what aggravates me the most. I'd still quit, but I would shrug my shoulders if my hairline filled in and if I experienced overall thickening..NOT THE CASE.

It's rolling the dice bro, but do your research.
How have you regrown hair? What are you using?

After I quit Propecia I stuck with the Rogaine foam 2x a day. I used that in combination with FIN as well. The foam causes slight darkness under my eyes and water retention in the face...but that goes away if I don't apply as much..I can deal with that personally, as it's not THAT noticable.

But to answer your question specifically..at the moment I take foam 2x a day, Regenepure Shampoo DR and NT 6 days a week.

The foam has literally kept my hair intact and slightly thickened the mid to back of my scalp.

However, I just added EMU oil this week and Vichy NEOGENIC to see if I can get additional regrowth.

Some of you guys that have these chemical labs in your houses and mix all these products together are absolutely nuts. Being bald SUCKS, it's on my mind every where I go and all the time, but to go to that extreme mixing topical ****tails is crazy to me.

Fortunately I have no "bald" spots yet..just a 27 year old with a receding hairline. FOAM has been the only product that I have used consistently that has maintained what I had with slight regrowth.

So was mine before I started...check back with me in as little as 3 months and let me know how that partner of yours below the waist is performing..

I already know what the response will be, you heard it here first..."I told you so."

Great question. I believe it's because there is nothing else "FDA" proven to maintain or help hair regrow besides the Big 2. Doc's are really big on prescribing these type of drugs.

My original DERM didn't mention any of the possible sides and when I brought it up, he looked at me as if I was an alien and stated he had "1" client that mentioned erectile dysfunction. I knew more about Propecia and the possible sides then a certified doctor..again, this is why I rolled the dice.

Taking an estrogen blocker rarely has side effects for men as I understand it. The reason gyno and other side effects occur is due to the fact that estradiol and DHT counteract each other. So not only do you decrease DHT's antagonism of estradiol by taking finasteride, but because you're lowering DHT by inhibiting the reduction of testosterone to DHT, you wind up with more testosterone. Because estradiol is made from testosterone the problem is compounded further.

Curly that's not the point though, the fact is, why take an estrogen blocker to prevent sides from Fin? At that rate he will seek a solution or something to take for the other sides FIN will cause because believe you me, it is not limited to one.

An estrogen blocker won't solve his problems...
