I don't know about its stability. I imagine it is stable since it is soluble. Refrigerating the solution would probably help.

I started fin in 2007 and was fine until this year. I took a month off it and when I started backup I got gynecomastia and epididymitis. Still battling both though the gyno has reduced I think.

I am actually trying this strategy, but am having some trouble getting the finasteride to dissolve. I am using 151 proof Everclear (which I believe is the highest proof alcohol you can buy in California), but there are still visible undissolved pieces of finasteride in the solution, even after leaving it settle for a day. Anyone else have this problem?

Some of that may be due to the coating on the outside of the pill. I would suggest crushing up the pill first until it is a powder. Or else you could use sandpaper or something to sand off the outer coating first if that is indeed the problem. Even if there is some that is undissolved, most of it should be and so the concentration would likely be very close to what is intended. Keep us updated!

I reduced my Propecia intake to 0.5 mg after 8 months on the recommended 1 mg dose and it did absolutely NOTHING in reducing the side effects.

You hear many stories and claims from people who experience sides from Propecia, which is why I was extremely hesitant to begin with. But with nothing but hair falling out I said...hey maybe I won't be that 2% or whatever Merck claims to get sides.

That being said after 11 months to a year on Propecia, it was by the far the worst thing I have EVER done. I can say without hesitation it made my dong weak, cause extreme body fat around the waist and belly area (I work out 5 days a week and was chiseled prior) GYNO, brain fog and stuttering, watery semen, and fatigue all the time.

I combatted the weak dong with other products, but I still lost the morning erections..and at 26..I knew what I was doing was not right. I read the forums and decided to stick it out hoping sides would subside in time, more importantly after I reduced the dosage. NOPE! What made me ultimately quit was one the GYNO. I work out, and when I saw my masculine chest start turning into minor breasts...well that was the turning point for me. Lastly, and the most important reason I cut the dose then quit after a 1 year was..it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my hair.

Not saying it doesn't for others, many swear by it and I respect that..but it literally did nothing for my hair, yet ironically, just caused more problems in other areas.

Long rant short...it's been 5 months and most of the sides are subsiding..so I'm extremely grateful...the belly fat is the hardest right not to rid myself of..but I know I can get my 6 pack back. My dong is getting to full strength and morning woodies are back in the picture...but GUYS it takes time to adjust..that's if you're lucky. MY 2 cents...AINT WORTH IT!

I am working on putting together a guide fully explaining fin, optimal dosing etc,. I will back everything up with facts. Unfortunately those studies disappeared. I tried contacting those university of Pennsylvanian bozo's, no response.

No...but CHAMP listen to what you just asked..why take FIN...to take another product to combat the original product's side in the first place? With that logic, you might as well ask that Doc of yours to prescribe Viagra, to combat the weak dong, Adderrall to combat the brain fog and cognitive impairment it will cause..then take products to combat the ones I just mentioned that might give sides....

My point is it's a never ending cycle that will destroy your body. My recommendation..ask people you know or find out more information about FIN. I did all my research prior and rolled the dice..I figured nothing can be permanent. Well I was WRONG...in time I think I'll be fine..but dude if you try it...try it..but DEAL with the consequences as I have..

All for hair at that..ironically I haven't lost any more hair since quitting and possibly have regrown...the purpose of FIN didn't even perform what it was intended too..that's what aggravates me the most. I'd still quit, but I would shrug my shoulders if my hairline filled in and if I experienced overall thickening..NOT THE CASE.

It's rolling the dice bro, but do your research.
