Desperate...Is this a good idea for a Norwood 6
I'm pretty much a Norwood 6. MY donor isn't thick at all, but I'm DESPERATE...
I'm not ready for a piece or for strip, but do you think FUE (500-700) to frame the face is a good idea?
I'm scared of white dot scars, since my skin tone is basically "super-tanned hispanic" skin.

Of those three options, a hairpiece is the only one that's not permanent, so why not explore that option first?

IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
If your donor hair is not thick like you described you need to be concerned that if you do a FUE procedure there will be increased thinning of the donor area. 500-700 grafts is really not that much and may not make a significant improvement without additional grafting.
