Hey, brah. My regimen is: 1 mg fin ED, 0.5 mg duta ED, 1 ml minox twice per day, and 2% keto shampoo twice per week. I'm going to reevaluate in 6 months and again in a year (in terms of duta usage; I have been on for nearly 3 months now with tons of vellus hairs making the shape of an NW0). If I maintain or get better, it'll probably be my permanent regimen. Otherwise, I'll add topical duta or RU as a last ditch effort to get regrowth before I consider transplantation to get back to a NW0.
