I've really been feeling pretty positive about Allergan and the possibilities for bimatoprost. There's been a lot of independent academic articles that really seem to support the idea that there could be a major breakthrough here with the PGE2/PGF2 analogues, but I must admit that the last conference call kind of took the wind out of my sails a bit. While all the signs are (relatively) good, there's still just so much that's unknown, so it's just so hard to say what's going to happen. And I assume like many/most of the others on here, I very much have a feeling that time is of the essence, as it seems like there's a strong possibility that older, more "dead" follicles (although I'm not sure how old or "dead") might not respond to this kind of treatment (I think this was confirmed in one of the Allergan conference calls a while back), and I'm really not sure what kind of shape my hair will be in in 3 to 5 years.
