I'm not sure how we can easily do this. I'm probably going to have to say we do a voice call this weekend. I'll bring you up to speed on what I know. Cosmetics and anti-ageing is far more complicated than hair loss. Cosmetics is literally dealing with hundreds of different compounds and vitamins, thrown in with tonnes of bogus claims, paid off derms / beauty bloggers. It's incredibly difficult to know what works and what doesn't. Thankfully the basics are at least clear: Good cleanser, retin-a, good moisturiser, high SPF sunscreen. It's a case of the 80%/20% that we hear so much about in weightlifting. Outside of what I mentioned the rest is really the 20% - that's to say, it won't make as much of a difference. Nonetheless I want to achieve physical perfection, so every little bit counts.
