I used to use topical spiro before I got on fin and later duta. I stopped though as it smells like skunk mixed with weed and is disgustingly greasy. I'm going to assess my situation in another 4-5 months. If I feel my hair has maintained or improved, I'm going to stick with my current regimen. Otherwise, I'll probably add topical duta or RU.
