Then finally, another 8 hours or so later before I go to bed I use the 20% azelic acid cream on my hair line. Use the microneedle on my scalp, and then another 1mg of Kirkland solution on my scalp.
I'm not telling you to do anything I did, I just wanted to share my results using this guy's youtube channel... and man... the results I've gotten at just the two month mark are awesome. I'm really pumped to see how things continue to progress.
I'm getting good new hairs as much as 3/4-1 inch down from where my harline was and a lot of the thinning areas have been filling in wonderfully.
On the crown of my head is where it was the worst, so it's still not too full there, but it has made huge improvements and I expect it to continue to gain.
Following that dude's advice was the best thing I've done so far.
