Its a powder like RU that you can dissolve in ethanol and PG. You apply it topically and so far from clinical trials from Cosmo it has had no side effects (no loss of libido, no erectile dysfunction). It's also far more powerful than Finasteride or RU. RU is actually more or less like Fin and sometimes stronger, but CB is flat out awesome.
