Yes, OC can be trusted. I bought 5 grams in 2011 and 10 grams in 2012. My hairloss seems to be diffuse thinning with a receded hairline (though not terribly bad). I've basically had the same hairline and thickness for the last 4-7 years but haven't noticed any major improvement with RU from OC. however I don't think I've seen any regression either. I'll be honest, sometimes I loook in the mirror and things are looking great, sometimes they look terrible and I start to panic. So is my RU58841 from OC working? Hard to say given the results and the complex nature of male pattern baldness. I mean, I've had a receded hairline for about 8 years thats more or less stayed the same but my hair has thinned out but when looking at photos from 4 years ago, it looks the same. I say its hard to say because it looks like I've come to a stopping point... my grandfather had the EXACT same hairline as I do now and his hair thinned out also at basically the same age... and he never went completely bald.
