it does man, i started oral sp and last year and for the first 3 months my hair loss completely ceased and i was literally wearing a mop on my head, it has since lost that efficacy and i have been off and on because of sides etc, But i have no doubt it works, i tried upping my dose to 400mg a day and my hair thickened again but the sides sucked
