sorry for the late reply. lol! The ridging for me is very minor but things stayed about the same, meaning the results have lasted - full results in about 4 weeks. BE CAREFUL and do a very little at a time because it can erode surrounding tissue and cause a sinking effect. This happened to me a little but slowly over 1-2 years it has sort of filled in. Again, this is all very minor for me and I'm not sure how it would work on larger ridging as I have seen in photos. If it is severe Epstein has a riskier procedure where he can remove tissue from underneath. He would not even consider it for me, but you should go see him if you're really bothered by your condition. It helps to hear the feedback from a good doctor that specializes in reparative surgeries.
