What kind of surgery are you getting done, and why?
I don't believe a prominent jaw is necessary at all. When I get mine done it's simply going to be bringing it out to where it "should be". Just based on the little research I've done I think the jawline can be highly individual. Some look better more prominent, others better with it almost just flat.
