I think Feriduni and the Shapiros too. I think the Shapiros are excellent but I think they might be too conservative density wise for what I'm after. Feriduni seems to be the best in Europe but I just wish he'd make some videos. He's definitely top 3 FUE surgeons in my opinion but I'll probably lose too much hair to make FUE viable. Definitely look into H&W. Dr. Hasson is the best for maximising donor strips both in one go and in preserving donor around the closure. H&W have the best video documentation which speaks volumes imo.
