(con. from below) Toppik (and there are other brands that make pretty much the same stuff) is great for diffuse thinning. I'm not sure how how hair you have. I am sure that they have a tutorial video somewhere...maybe youtube. When I started using it about ten years ago I just sprinkled it on, wiped off the bit that cascaded down onto my forehead and used a little bit of hairspray. They sell a hairspray/spray gel designed specifically for toppik which you might try but I don't think there's really any difference between their spray and any other brand. Just don't buy cheap hairspray. Its a bit messy in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it its a snap.
