Joe, thanks a million for these pictures. I've never heard of Neograft and I was under the impression that all of these surgeries took a huge strip of skin out of the back of your head... I will start doing research on this today. That is amazing though - sounds like you had a quick recovery from the process he used. I will need a lot of grafts since the entire top of my head is incredibly sparse. Currently I shave my entire head with a #00000 razor, but before that, it looked horrible and I'm only 33. Once again, thanks! If you don't mind, I might send over a question or two about this doctor as I get more information.
