I don't believe it has gotten worse and I have been on Finasteride for 10 months. Thinning on the sides SUCK! Its so incredibly hard to hide unless you have lengthy hair. I currently have shoulder length hair. My bangs look wispy though. The wind is also my biggest enemy. I am considering cutting it short, but my thinning looked more apparent when my hair was really short. Hair loss really...really sucks.
