sorry to bug you brother..im new to this blog. just wondering, is this Dr. Alexander in Arizona? also, two years later, who was "better"? McAndrews or Alexander? Im in LA so Phoenix would be an effort but at the same time, I would really prefer to just do one HT also... or two at most.
